INQUIRY

Please submit your inquiry through my website simply by providing parents names, high school senior name, email addresses, name of high school and which package you’re interested in.

CONTRACT

After I receive your inquiry, I will send you my contract that outlines the terms and conditions of our agreement. In order to secure your spot, please sign the agreement and return it to me along with your $100 non-refundable retainer fee. Please note, your spot is not secure until I receive the signed agreement and the retainer fee.

SCHEDULING

After I receive the signed contract and the retainer fee, I will email you a link to my schedule. Please choose a date that works best for you. Since we don’t know what the weather will be like on the date you selected, please block the day before and the day after your scheduled photo shoot as rain dates. Additionally, we will schedule your planning session two weeks prior to your senior photo shoot.

PLANNING

Depending on which package you choose, your planning session with either be over the phone or in-person. Planning sessions in-person will be 30-45 minutes. We will discuss the questionnaire (included in the materials forwarded with my contract), get to know each other, discuss outfits, locations and many other things. Additionally, you will have access to my style closet.

PHOTO SHOOT

The day you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived! We will meet at the agreed upon locations separately. I want this to be a memorable experience, so get ready to have fun, laugh and show off what makes you uniquely you. We will explore each location for the perfect lighting that will compliment your vibe and style. There will be movement, laughter and everything in between. This photo shoot is all about capturing what makes you uniquely YOU!

SELECTION AND EDITING

Immediately following your photo shoot, you will view all the images from your session and you will favorite the ones you love. After that, I will do some additional culling and narrow it down to the number of images in your package. Then, the editing/retouching begins. I will remove noticeable acne and lightly retouch your images. I want your images to look like you, so over-editing is not my style.

DELIVERY

Once your images are ready, I will upload your gallery to my website so you are able to download the images. Additionally, this is a great time to place your order for wall art. Think about where you’d like to place a large canvas, barn wood float frame and so much more!
